Beyond Heaven Cosmetics – Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the lipstick product is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals/tamper-proof closures intact.
For hygiene & safety reasons, opened/used lip products (even if unused by customer) are not eligible for general returns or refunds.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and/or video showing the condition of the product and packaging.
Returns/exchanges must be initiated by contacting our support team.
2. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed once we have received the returned item and completed inspection.
Refunds will be Credited to the original payment method within 2-4 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping/handling charges (if any) are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defect).
In case of a lost-in-transit package that is confirmed by us, a refund or replacement may be offered at our discretion.
3. Exchanges
If you receive a wrong shade or damaged item, we offer a replacement/exchange of the same product/variant (subject to availability).
The customer may be responsible for shipping the incorrect item back, unless the error was ours.
Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will dispatch the replacement.
Replacement Product Will be Delivered within 3-8 Days

4. How to Return
Contact our support within 48 hours to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original condition (including original packaging) and ship to the address we provide.
Please use a tracked shipping method; we are not responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval/rejection of refund or exchange.
5. Conditions for Rejection
Returns may be rejected if the product is used, opened beyond what is needed to confirm damage/defect, or if seals/tamper-proof packaging is missing.
Products returned without the RA number, in damaged or non-original condition, or outside the 48-hour initiation window will be denied.
6. Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped or dispatch has not been initiated.
Once the order is shipped, it becomes eligible only under the Return policy (above) — not a straight cancellation.
7. Shipping Costs & Duties
For returns due to defect/wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs.
For returns requested for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, shade mismatch), shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and such returns may not be accepted (or may be subject to a restocking fee) unless agreed in advance.
