Shipping Policy

At Beyond Heaven Cosmetics, we aim to ensure your favorite lipstick and beauty essentials reach you quickly and safely.
Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, dispatch, and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are delivered within 3–8 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and again when it has been shipped.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the website during promotions).

  • For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Any additional customs or local taxes (for international orders, if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS.

  • You can track your package using the link provided or through the courier partner’s website.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are correct before confirming your order.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or non-availability, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

  • We will attempt to contact you before re-dispatching or canceling the order.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • We take utmost care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and the product for verification.

7. International Shipping (Optional — include if you plan to ship abroad)

  • We currently ship within India only. (Or)

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.


8. Delays and Force Majeure

Beyond Heaven Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unforeseen events beyond our control

We will, however, make every effort to keep you informed of any delays and ensure delivery as soon as possible.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
